Shanties are our original product that Grandpa Twist designed in 1954.
Grandpa Twist launched with a simple idea: create durable, functional, ground-level jobsite buildings that could be moved as needed.
His original design—a rugged wood-and-steel structure on skids—became the backbone of the business. Today, we rent those same Shanties, updated with durable sheet metal exteriors; but, built with the same integrity and purpose as the originals.
